In an Open Project all Buyers, who are interested in the sourcing project, can participate and contact suppliers. It is the only Easy2Bid project type where more than 1 Buyer takes part.
Private Project:
The Buyer posts sourcing project,compares bids from the various suppliers and then chooses the supplier(s) most suitable for project’s requirements. In a Private Project only the original buyer (i.e. the one who originally posted the sourcing project) is authorized to view bidding details and the identity of the bidding suppliers.
Super Buyer Project:
The Super Buyer Project is Easy2Bid's top-class project type, and is only available for Buyers with large order volumes. This type of product will typically be offered to Buyers within the retailing or industrial sectors.

Project Description: Coil coating line as following:

Line length: ≤50 m
Coating material: PVDF
Coating type: roller
Type of heating: indirect gas
After curing metal temperature: 270 °C +10°C
Coating line speed: 10 m./min; 15 m./min. * We can consider higher speed, provided that the line length do not exceed 50 m.

After spooling, the coil laps’ offset should be within 1mm tolerance.

The coil width after spooling should be within the width, required by customer, tolerance +/- 2mm.

Materials to be treated:
hot dip galvanized steel and aluminium in coils
Size of the materials to be treated:
Width: max 1300mm
Thickness: steel 0.3-0.7mm, aluminium: 0.3-0.5mm alloy temper 3003 H16/18
Weight of entrance coil: 10 tons max
Weight of exit coil: 10 tons max
Coils core ID 505-508 mm
Coils ID 1600 mm max.

4. Roller coating chamber
