Private Buying Request:
The Buyer posts buying request,compares bids from the various suppliers and then
chooses the supplier(s) most suitable for project's requirements. In a Private Buying Request
only the original buyer (i.e. the one who originally posted the buying request)
is authorized to view bidding details and the identity of the bidding suppliers.
