Sourcing for foam shields for the Football World Cup 2010.
The foam needs to be light, dense and strong and the size would be about 45cm in height. Plastic foam. Please bear in mind this product would need a toggle on a strap with two on either loose end to be pushed through two slits / holes in the shield, in order for the consumer to be able to wear it as an arm, head, or leg accessory.
The foam base we intend to be no more than approximately 8 - 10 mm or less if it has the rigidity to stay in shape and be durable.
We expect about 6-8 of the countires will be wanting these items and that the quantity would be 100,000 - 250,000 pieces for each country (alltogether 600,000 - 2,000,000 pieces).
I need to get an approximate price and time scale for production.
