Open Buying Request:
The Buyer posts buying request, compares bids from the various suppliers and then
chooses the supplier(s) most suitable for his/her project's requirements. In an
Open Buying Request all Buyers, who are interested in the buying request, can participate
and contact suppliers. It is the only Easy2Bid request type where more than 1 Buyer
takes part.
